Ferme Ambrosia

Ambrosia is the project led by Alexis and Aleck, friends and partners for almost 10 years. Passionate about entrepreneurship and interested in agriculture, the creation of a farming business quickly became a life project that would allow us to reconcile our ambitions and personal values.

The farm has been established in the Charlevoix region since 2021. Ferme Ambrosia carries a dual mission: to welcome you for a unique agro-tourism stay in our B&B and to produce tasty, nutritious organic food for you, with respect for the environment and animal welfare. Our ducks are sold directly at the farm, a place for visits, discoveries, and experiences.

We guarantee the quality of all our products by employing the highest standards and using fresh and, where possible, locally produced ingredients.

Our duck is free-range and pasture-fed, for a flavor that's truly rooted in the culinary terroir of Quebec and Charlevoix.
