Faux Bergers - Instinctive cuisine

Faux Bergers is a unique, modern culinary experience in the spirit of country dining, nestled in the Maison d'affinage Maurice Dufour. Our upscale wood-fired cuisine focuses on vegetables and Charlevoix produce.

Every evening, guests are offered a seven-course menu, whose dishes are revised daily according to seasonal arrivals, at $85 per person. Everyone eats simultaneously, just like at a big family dinner.

Guests are invited to join us at 6:30 p.m. to enjoy the last rays of sunshine on the outskirts of the pasture, and to let themselves be carried away by the beauty of the landscape.

At lunchtime, a five-course menu, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic pairings per course, is available for $110 per person. Guests are invited to join us at 11:45 a.m.
