In 2009, I successfully completed a certificate in hotel and restaurant management at the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi, which allowed me to make many interesting discoveries about regional products.

The breakfasts of the inn are appreciated for their flavors and the variety of the offer. We offer savory, sweet, combinations of both and surprises! You can make your special requests in advance!

We can also accommodate groups of up to 30 people for special occasions and serve savory brunch plates followed by a maple syrup pancake, a local product of the Érablière Au Sucre d'Or.

We invite you to reserve your table to discover our rooms equipped for an intimate atmosphere OR for a family atmosphere. One of our rooms has a rectangular table for 12 people and a square table for 8. The other room is equipped with square tables that can be moved around. A television screen is used for the projection of your slide shows. It is mounted on an electric fireplace, which comforts this intimate atmosphere.

Any occasion to celebrate is good!
The key is to reserve in advance, to come and meet us to establish your menu knowing that the maximum capacity is 35 people.
