The artisan bakery is located at the intersection of Gillespie Street in the downtown area. The vast room is lit, comfortable and French songs float in the air scented by the smell of hot bread, in a warm atmosphere. It offers a full range of home-baked pastries and home-made ready-to-eat products made with local ingredients. Sandwiches are made from artisan breads made on site. The team also makes its quiches, salads, soups of the day and pastries to name only these specialty products among the impressive inventory.

Several breads are made from vintage grains such as buckwheat, kamut and spelt. In addition, True Wealth "raises" sourdoughs made from ancient wheat flour that derive their strength from the sap of maple trees in the region. The bakery was awarded the grand prize at the 2016 Best Baker's Artisan Contest for its Khorasan flour bread and the prize for the best organic Quebec baguette at the Best Artisan Boulanger 2018 competition.
