Rachel Bendayan, Députée - Secrétaire parlementaire de la vice-première ministre et ministre des Finances

Rachel Bendayan was first elected Member of Parliament for Outremont in 2019.

Ms. Bendayan previously served as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Tourism and Associate Minister of Finance and as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Small Business, Export Promotion, and International Trade.

For nearly 10 years, Ms. Bendayan was an international litigation and arbitration lawyer with Norton Rose Fulbright, specializing in international trade law.

Ms. Bendayan also taught at Université de Montréal's Faculty of Law. She subsequently held the position of Chief of Staff to the Minister of Small Business and Tourism at the federal level.

A mother and member of her community, Ms. Bendayan maintains close ties with the families she represents in the Montreal neighborhoods of Outremont, Mile End, and Côte-des-Neiges.
