Diversité 02

Diversité 02 is a non-profit organization whose mission is to intervene and support people affected by sexual diversity and multiple gender identities (DSPG), as well as to raise awareness, inform, and educate the public about the realities of DSPG.

We are the central reference in the greater Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region for issues affecting lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer, intersex, two-spirit, and other sexual and/or gender identities.

We recognize that people who identify with sexual and gender minorities still face specific discrimination in many areas (socialization, personal relationships, the job market, the political world, and elsewhere), and we want to continue to change attitudes and ensure the social inclusion of members of our community.

Diversité 02 covers the unceded territory of Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean. We offer our services in the Domaine-du-Roy, Lac-Saint-Jean-Est, Fjord-du-Saguenay, Maria-Chapdelaine, and Saguenay MRCs, which include 49 municipalities and one aboriginal community.
