For over 45 years, the Montreal Planetarium has shared its passion for the sky and the stars with its visitors, young and old. Today, the Planetarium, located next to the Biodome, continues to pursue this goal by offering a completely renewed experience of astronomy.

In its boldly designed building, the Planetarium integrates the highest criteria of sustainable development. It uses cutting-edge technologies to offer a unique experience of the Universe through its immersive theaters, where shows that are both poetic and scientific are presented. Like the other Space for Life museums, the Planetarium's mission is to bring humans closer to nature. Composed of the Biodome, the Biosphere, the Botanical Garden, the Insectarium and the Planetarium, Space for Life is the largest nature science complex in Canada.
