At the opposite end of the spectrum from fusion cuisine, EAST's approach involves a constant search for authenticity. Its menu brings together classic Asian dishes from the four corners of Asia, while retaining what sets them apart; iconic flavors as well as a history rich in meaning and symbolism.

A 1930'S SHANGHAI INSPIRED SETTING

EAST's culinary experience would not be complete without its décor inspired by the mythical era of old Shanghai. The design of our restaurant has been thought out down to the smallest detail to take you on a journey: fresco on a brick wall, Chinese bells in aged bronze, metal grills with oriental motifs, and much more. The atmosphere alone is worth the detour.
