Eco-responsible, our team gives priority to products made in Quebec, from processes that respect the environment and are known for their benefits as well as their taste qualities.

The vast majority of our products are processed on the premises in order to offer the freshest and most beautiful dishes. It is also one of the roles of the traditional restaurant industry to explore what the terroir has to offer, to always strive to find new ways to highlight the richness of our environment and support our talented producers. Our menu is based on a market cuisine composed of local products with European and Mediterranean flavors, highlighting organic and seasonal products. Special attention is given to duck, lamb and venison, foie gras and smokehouse produce, while striving to offer creative and seasonal vegetarian alternatives.
