Les Frères de la Côte

Located in Old Quebec, Les Frères de la Côte is a casual and lively neighborhood bistro. A perfect place for a good meal!

Originally, the Frères de la Côte were buccaneers and freebooters who wanted total freedom. They were all part of the same community, sharing the risks, the tasks and the booty collected on their way.

The Brothers of the Coast are equal among themselves. The "Hunting Party" agreement, which regulates the sharing of the booty at each operation, includes a share to compensate the injured. Once this contract is signed, the members of the crew associate themselves two by two in order to help each other in case of illness or injury.

Brothers! To your glasses! To all those urban barbarians who have been with us for ages, this free world that pushes the limits of speech, creativity, movement, thought and pleasure ever further, you, the brothers of the coast.
