What is the Rendez-vous des Grandes Gueules? The Rendez-vous des Grandes Gueules is a place, a moment, a meeting... It is a special atmosphere that transforms Trois-Pistoles, which makes us all actors, storytellers, characters, friends, rather than spectators.

The festival is also an incredible springboard for a multitude of storytellers who come to the festival year after year. It is a meeting place for the discovery of new artists of words, but also to marvel at new creations, to get out of the ordinary, to find the tale in all its splendor, to renew. The traditional tale is there, but it rubs shoulders with the modern, young, current tale. It is that the millennial or emerging stories can shock, make you think, make you laugh, make you cry. The tale resonates.

During these two decades, hundreds of storytellers from Quebec and from all the cultural horizons of the French-speaking world have come to Trois-Pistoles and the entire region, inviting us to share with them a part of their imagination. The Forge à Bérubé, which has become a mythical place for cultural gatherings over the years, has seen thousands of festival-goers who have plunged enthusiastically into a diversified repertoire offering the breadth of cultures within stories that are always unifying.

For 25 years now, the blushing trees have been the exciting announcement that the murmurs of stories will grow until they invade the halls, the streets and your ears!
