Pleasure was our starting point and remains our destination. Travelers under beautiful skies, we arrived in the Haute-Gaspésie in 1988, bringing together our memories of the sea and the mountains in a single landscape. Our business, in operation since 1993, stems from a deep family tradition for gastronomy, coupled with a great curiosity for culinary culture and for everything related to the pleasures of the table.

However, after almost two decades of achievements in our beautiful but remote village of Mont-Louis, we feel a wind of boldness coming with the times.

As authentic epicureans for whom the sense of sharing is an integral part of the gratification, the proximity with our fans that offers now a living website in connection with social networks delights us to the highest point. To exchange, to communicate with our followers as we like to do it from our counter of Mont-Louis, and to offer the products directly from our workshop is an old dream which is accomplished at the time of the abolition of the distances which Internet offers.

The artisans of Mont-Louis are thus taking their mission of contributing to the convivial pleasure of good food even further by sharing it directly with its aficionados.
