Le Caveau des Trois-Pistoles microbrewery is located in the heart of the village. The former Caveau à patates, then Caveau-Théâtre by Victor-Lévy Beaulieu, is now the stage on which several inspirational beers are produced, behind which a whole story is written. From La Dame des Neiges, white with conifers, to La Pistoloise Triple, Belgian abbey-style ruby, passing by La Guerre des Clochers, stout au rye, and La Bavarde, IPA smoke, the works of the house do not cease to amaze the taste buds of the public, everywhere in Quebec. Le Caveau beers are available at specialty retailers, with four lines in cans! The range of Belgian tradition will remain in the chic bottles of the house, as well as the many special editions.
