Chocolaterie La Fée Gourmande

According to the tradition of the great French chocolate artisans, the chocolates with pure cocoa butter from La Fée Gourmande in Kamouraska are cut with guitar and coated by hand. The interiors of ganaches make it possible to appreciate a low-sugar chocolate with a high cocoa content. Flavored with flowers, fruits or spices, La Fée Gourmande's ganache recipes reveal delicate scents that go with the big, raw chocolates.

La Fée Gourmande also prepares several caramels with various flavors that reveal a remarkable balance with coatings of dark chocolate, milk or white from around the world. Spreads, sweets and nougats, desserts, ice cream and sorbets are also handmade on site.
