L'Échaudé is frequented by a large number of regulars who love coming back, which the staff consider to be the greatest reward of all. Today, L'Échaudé is one of the best restaurants in Quebec City.

A new wind has been blowing at L'Échaudé since 2015. Three colleagues took over following the departure of one of the restaurant's founding members.

A lively, inspired team, on the lookout for new practices as well as emerging local suppliers, and respectful of perpetuating the vision and traditions that have been established for over 30 years now, welcomes you to the establishment.
