Distillerie Cap-Chat

Our passion for distillation and spirits has been brought to life over the years by operating a vineyard, cider mill, and artisan distillery. DISTILLERIE CAP-CHAT is the latest project for the Bourget family. We've chosen to take on this new challenge right here on the waterfront, between the St. Lawrence maritime estuary and the Chic-Chocs foothills, at the very spot that offers a breathtaking view, unique to Cap-Chat, of the north face of the Chic-Chocs mountain range. Inspired by this striking natural setting, we look forward to sharing the fruits of our passion with you through an expanded range of fine spirits made with ingredients largely sourced from this environment.
